First stand tall in Queen pose as you start to breathe deeply in and out of your nose. Then pretend you are Kites as you stretch your arms over your head and to your side. Next it is time to be a flowing Waterfall as you stretch your arms over your head and look backwards towards the ground. Come to standing and then gently fold forward like a Ragdoll. Twirl like a Windmill as you bend forward and put one arm toward the ground and the other in the air before switching sides. Next form the shape of the letter Y with your body before coming into Chair pose, with your knees bent and your arms up in the air. Only 2 more poses to go before you rest in Easy pose. Balance on one leg in Flamingo pose, holding onto your knee. Make sure to do both sides before becoming a sturdy Tree, with your hands in prayer position in front of your heart. Take a moment in Easy pose and close your eyes. Think about what you are grateful for in your life. Now, gently take a deep breath in and out of your nose before resuming the rest of your day or evening!
