This Mother’s Day is the official start of National Women’s Health Week which lasts from May 8th to May 14th. This year’s theme is “It’s your time” and women are encouraged to make their health a top priority.
Many mothers spend so much time taking care of their children that they ofter neglect their own needs.
This week make it a priority to take care of yourself first — you will actually be in better shape to take care of those around you if you do this!
Showing your children that you are willing to put your health as a top priority will set a good example for them as well. Practicing yoga is one way to keep yourself fit, both mentally and physically.
